Bull wheels with eccentric shaft are fixed into two ends of the grade shaft of machine base, and it drive the link to make the moving platen swing back and forth in accordance with the specified path and finish the work cycle.
The plate rack is used to install and compose creasing and cutting knives, and it is installed on the plate frame and fixed by clamp plate.
Parallel guides on the left and right sides of the machine base support the circular-arc guides of the moving platen, of which the upper guide sliders and lower guide sliders move back and forth on them.
The electrical control box is equipped on the plane of machine base, and the operating rod in the left of the machine base conducts the process of control.
One steel plate is set in the moving platen plane to settle cardboard.
The no-sheet operating handle is fixed in the bar iron connecting left and right eccentric gear sleeve. Turing down the no-sheet operating handle, the working distance between the planes of moving platen and machine base will be broadened, which can avoid rejected product.
